Host and fleet questions

I host on Turo. Is this a listing link?

No, it is not a listing or an ad. As a Turo host QR code it reaches the guest who has the car today, and you. It can sit beside the Turo sticker you already use; iQR works alongside any platform and is not part of Turo.

How does the code know who is renting?

You add the renter to the car in your fleet list: a name, a mobile number or email, and the dates. They get one message to confirm, by text or email, and can say no. Once they say yes, outside alerts reach them and your team until the rental ends; after it, only your team. No booking system is needed.

What happens when the renter scans it?

They tap “Renting this car” and pick what they need: flat tire, won’t start, locked out, accident, where to return it or more time. Your team is alerted with the unit number and, if they choose to share it, where they are.

Does anyone need an app or see a number?

Renters and passers-by need no app. A renter gets a text or an email saying what happened, with a link to see the message, and can stop them at any time. Your team gets alerts in the free iQR Alerts app, all at the same time. Nobody’s number or email is shown to anyone.

Can a fleet vehicle QR code tell the cars apart?

Yes. Each vehicle gets its own code with its unit number printed big, so every alert names the car. Paste your list to make them all at once, and put a loaner car QR code on every courtesy car.

When can I put codes on my cars?

It is not open yet. Put your email in and you will be among the first told when it is.
