Yes. Give the van one and the shop window another, each with its own name. Every conversation shows which code was scanned, so you know where they found you.
Open the conversation and tap Block: that phone can no longer message this code. Block follows that phone’s browser, so others on the same Wi-Fi can still write (a similar phone there that has never used iQR may be stopped too). Someone determined may still find a way: then block again, or pause the code for a while.
