Questions about QR code work orders

How does my team know which washroom it is?

Each code is named for one place when you make it, so the alert reads “Washroom 2 · Out of paper”. Nobody has to describe where they are standing.

Can a housekeeping QR code go in each hotel room?

Yes. Type “Rooms 101–120” and you get twenty codes, each printed with its room number, free for up to 25 places. You pick the buttons behind them, like towels, cleaning or a light that is out, and can change them later for every room at once: the printed codes keep working.

Can people report a washroom problem?

Yes. It is washroom feedback that goes somewhere: out of paper, out of soap, needs cleaning, something broken, with a photo if they like. It reaches whoever can fix it, not a score. Malls and parks put a restroom QR code on each door.

Who gets the alert?

Everyone on the code’s list, at the same time: in the free iQR Alerts app, or by text or email with a link to read the request. People you add start getting alerts once they accept your invite. Replies come from the app, and the guest sees them on their screen.

Is it a QR code work order system?

It is lighter than one. Each request goes straight to your team’s phones and opens a chat with the guest. There are no tickets to assign or close.

Can somebody report a problem anonymously?

Yes. We never ask a guest for a name or a number. You see the place, the time and what they asked for.
