Your team’s phones buzz
A number rings one phone, and that person may be at lunch. A call staff QR code reaches everyone on the list at the same time, and your number stays private.
It does the bell’s job when nobody is close enough to hear it. Keep the bell if you like it and put the code beside it: the digital service bell reaches whoever is in the back, on the floor or out in the yard.
Yes. Make Dock 1 to Dock 8 in one go, each with its own sign. The alert says which door was scanned, so a driver at shipping and receiving never rings the receptionist. It is the loading dock doorbell most warehouses never wired.
You choose. Buzz sends a notification to every phone on your list at once, and people with the app can reply so the visitor sees someone is on the way. Ring makes the phones with the app ring like a call; the first to answer talks to the visitor.
Set hours on the code. Outside them nobody is paged or rung: the page shows your message and when you open, and visitors can leave a note. The team gets one summary soon after you open. Each person can also set quiet hours in the app, and the owner can pause the code.
Yes. Make one free: say where it hangs, pick the buttons, add your team and print the sign. The free plan covers up to 10 ringers.
