Questions about real estate farming

Why a sticker instead of a postcard?

A farm is won on repetition, and even a postcard with a QR code gets one look before the recycling bin. A sticker that does a job around the house, on a bike or a set of keys, stays in view for months, and each one put to use tells you which street is paying attention.

How does a sticker get into the mailbox?

On a card sized to the postal rules, it travels like any farming mailer. In Canada that is Neighbourhood Mail from Canada Post; in the States, USPS EDDM. You choose the routes, and the drop reaches every address on them with no name on any of it.

How is a drop measured?

By activations: a neighbour scanning the sticker and putting it on something that matters to them. A postcard is measured by the calls that come back; here every route shows how many stickers went to work, including the homes that never called.

Do I find out who lives there?

No. You get the route and the count, not names and not addresses. Someone who wants you to have their details sends them through the code, and that is the only way they reach you.

Whose name is on it?

Yours. The sticker carries your branding and the page behind it opens with your name and how to reach you. The job it does around the house is what keeps it stuck to something.

Can I book a drop today?

Not yet. The routes, the artwork and the activation map are still being built. Leave your email and you will be among the first told when neighbourhoods open for booking.
