Is any of this built yet?
No. iQR Social is on the drawing board, not in your hands. This page exists so we can see who wants it and build the parts agents ask for first. Nothing described here is running today.
Which networks would it cover?
Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to begin with, comments and direct messages both, so Instagram DM management would sit beside your YouTube comments instead of in another app. Anything after that follows what agents ask for.
Would it reply on my behalf?
The plan is a draft you approve, not an account that talks without you. Whatever goes out under your name is meant to be read by you first.
Which CRM would it push to?
The ones agents here already run, starting with Follow Up Boss and the brokerage systems listed on the integrations page. Name yours on the waitlist and it goes on the list to support.
How is it different from real estate social media management tools?
Posting is covered by plenty of tools, and most advice on social media for real estate agents is about what to post. This is planned for the other half of the job, the replies: comments and messages from all three networks in one list, answered by you, with the lead saved to your CRM.
