For help with the iQR Alerts app on Android or iPhone, email support@iqr.to. We answer within one business day.

• Report abuse: open the chat in the app and tap Report, or email support@iqr.to. Chat messages are automatically filtered for objectionable language, and we review every report within 24 hours (our rules).
• Not getting alerts or calls? Allow notifications for iQR Alerts in your phone's settings; on Android, also allow “full-screen notifications” and turn off battery optimisation for the app. Then use Test call in the app.
• Delete your account: in the app, Settings → Delete account, or on the web at iqr.to/account/delete.
